Recently on Sunday, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh opened the BrahMos Integration and Testing Facility in Lucknow, an important part of the Uttar Pradesh Defence Industrial Corridor. Rajnath Singh inaugurated the facility centre virtually as per the reports. This facility centre was built within a duration of 40 months. It will manufacture 70-100 BrahMos missiles each year. With the inauguration it is clear that India is going to have the most powerful position worldwide. It will create many jobs and will promote self-sufficiency in defense.
